Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express that are issued in the United States. For credit verification purposes, credit cards issued outside of the United States will not be accepted. Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

PayPal accepts PayPal payments. Orders are processed upon payment notification from PayPal depending on availability. Please make sure that your shipping address is confirmed through PayPal in order to avoid any delay.

Google Checkout accepts Google checkout. Orders are processed upon payment notification from Google. We will only ship to the address provided by Google.

Cashier's Check and Money Orders

Bank Wire-Transfers
Orders are released upon bank confirmation of wire transfer. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the wire transfer to clear. Call 1-866-400-4335 for our bank information.

International Buyers: We can only accept payment via PayPal (shipping to verified address) or via Bank Wire.

SALES TAX charges sales taxes on all orders to be delivered to addresses within Washington State. will accept Washington Reseller Certificates only if they are submitted prior to shipment. Please fax your reseller certificate to (425) 645-8122.

Your receipt of any type of confirmation concerning an order place at does not necessarily mean the acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

An order may be cancelled by the customer if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact customer service via e-mail ( or phone at 1-866-400-4335 before your order has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. Unless you have a confirmation email stating the order cancellation prior to shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping and handling charges for that order. If you do not refuse delivery, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return your item(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The package must be unopened in new "as shipped" condition to be eligible for a credit.

In many cases, will not be able to cancel an order because it is has already shipped. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our warehouse within a few hours after the placement.
